An easily accessed property with some 1.5km of direct frontage to the Murray Valley Highway, 90 km’s from Albury-Wodonga and only 30kms to Corryong. The Murray Valley Highway is the main arterial roadway commencing in the far west of Victoria and broadly following the Murray right though to Corryong. The Murray Valley highly continues to a point just north of Corryong and merges into the Alpine Way at Towong.

“Nuwarina” Land description

The whole property is cleared (shade tree retained) pasture country. Red and grey loam soils with a smaller area of decomposed granite soils on high points. Topography is best descried as soft undulation with a small area of low hill country. The whole property enjoys an open north easterly aspect. The property is bounded on the eastern side by the permanent Cudgewa Creek. The property straddles the Murray Valley high at one point with approximately 30 acres (12.5ha) of prime land with a direct frontage to the Berringama Creek at the point where it enters the Cudgewa Creek.

  • The whole property has been sown to pasture over time and presents with principally clover and rye grass species with some established areas of phalaris.
